| The 2006 Sellindge Steam Spectacular took place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. The images shown were all taken on the Bank Holiday Monday and you can see from the state of the grass how sodden the ground had become, thanks to the constant heavy rain over the previous few weeks. And they say there is a water shortage!
Despite the inclement weather, as usual the show was excellent, and apart from the engines in steam it was good to hear 37254 running its engines. Hopefully the 2007 show will be held in good dry weather. |
